We have no cannons or "site-wide plot" to speak of as we've found that there are a ton of creative people out there and when our members are left to their own devices the plots stay fresh and fun for everyone. in depth Standing at 15 HH Makoori could be considered a medium height, neither tall nor short. She has a red coat that gets darker on her legs and face. When wet she looks as if covered in blood. She has chocolate brown eyes set on a face partially covered with a striking white blaze. She has four white pasterns.
----------Peel back the layers :: Personality :: Very up-front with her emotions, she is easy to read. Her humor is very dry, and she prefers to share a memory instead of a joke. She is level headed and serious, but is not afraid to goof of at random moments. Her seriousness comes in handy at times, but does make her seem a bit boring or stuck up. Others that know her though can vouch for her loyalty and her undying enthusiasm to help others and strive for the best. Her strong nature makes it hard for her to give in, and whether it was a fight with words or a physical scuffle, she will fight until she is either out of ideas and strength, or wins. When she does find a friend, she cares for him/her like family, and would fight fiercely for them until they died.
History :: Makoori was born to a small herd of eight mares. Most of the mares were mustangs, although one or two were quarter horses. Her mother in question was a mustang, her sire a quarter. She was born under the starry sky, and was named Makoori by her father when her mother died while foaling, the name meaning 'Mistake'. She was shunned by all the mares except a dapple grey named Moon,who had lost her own foal and was willing to take Makoori under her wing.
Years later, three to be exact, Makoori left the herd. Moon had died and she had had no reason to stay. Makoori took on Moon as part of her name to honor her surrogate mother. She lived on her own and became quite smart in the ways of life without a herd, yet she has always longed for company.
