Welcome to Defying Gravity, a semi-realistic natural horse rpg!
There are no mutations, magic, or rainbow ponies here; the horses of the Homelands must carve out a life for themselves by their wits and strength alone. We have no cannons or "site-wide plot" to speak of as we've found that there are a ton of creative people out there and when our members are left to their own devices the plots stay fresh and fun for everyone. So if you're looking for a laid back site with no so called "unique" plot you must adhere to, Defying Gravity just might be the place for you!!

Letor Grove can be found on the western end of Drulan Woods, bordering the ocean. Here the trees are less dense and are mixed with non-deciduous species. More light gets in in the Grove.
Located in the very center of Drulan Woods, Kilburn is the home of the king. The grove is full of the widest, tallest trees in the Homeland and is virtually void of any other species of tree. The unique, dark shelter found here is where the king and his herd has been found for generations.
On the southern edge of Drulan Woods lies a small bay that opens up to the two tropical islands off the coast of the mainland - Inoa and Kalala. This is where brave equines come to make the treacherous journey to the smaller island of Kalala.
Drulan Woods is a old forest and a dark one at that. It is dense, unlike most of the forests in the Homeland. The trees grow tallest here as the woods' inhabitants strain to catch a glimpse of daylight through the thick canopy. This ancient forest occupies a large western peninsula of the Homeland and is known for its almost mystical qualities.
