The ages old sand moves with the wind in the Kingdom of Sand. It is displaced, reborn into dunes that tower above a mere equine. It is said that more bones litter these dunes than sand itself, but no one has ever tried to disprove it. Among the sands, one may see an exotic creature, or come face to face with a mirage formed by thirst.

For those who wander, beware. There is a kingdom, hidden within the sands, ruled over by a demon and his bride. He sees all, and scours the land in search of challengers. There are none who can settle in these desolate lands without his knowledge.
If you are wise, and bow before his might, a traveller might find themselves welcome in the strange, ever-changing landscape, and they may be led to see the wonders of the Kingdom of Sand. Even the glorious oasis, home to the demon king's family and followers, may become known to you.

THE LAW OF TIMELESS SANDS

1) No one is above the king. The king is as ageless as the sand, his wisdom coming from the spirits who dance across the desert. He is father, ruler, advisor, king and divine representative. Thus his word is final, and orders are to be carried out.

2) The king's property is sacred. That which belongs to the most wise king is far above others, and they are to be treated with the utmost respect and servitude. This includes wives, children, and the favored.

3) The king has the right to any mare he sees, but due to his wise and fatherly nature, will not force-breed. However, be advised that becoming a wife of the king grants great stature, and refusing the king may or may not provoke his anger.

4) There are no breeding restrictions, however the wives of the king are untouchable by other stallions (unless there is an agreement made).

5) The disgraced are those with ill-standing in the kingdom. They may or may not be welcomed back to the herd by way of a great feat or a deal struck.

6) The hunted are enemies of the kingdom. When spotted, warriors are commanded to attack on sight.
