[/blockquote]TIOGA
―the bandit kingAlthough he didn't really care for the structural binds that came with the term, his journey to the northern territories were in fact for diplomatic purposes. While the stallion had intended on making his rounds once there was more structure to the Drulan herd, he supposed since a beast had yet to properly settle and declair the forest to be their home, he would have nothing to worry about. The forest itself was completely capable of keeping the unwelcome out on its own, for only those who know the land well enough would be able to navigate it. The wood was smart; it knew how to keep strangers at bay. Plus, with Tioga's scent all around, only the most dim-witted would dare lay siege.
Cikuq was certainly not Drulan; up here, it seemed that any plant that wished for new life was quickly put to rest by the bitter chill. Had the foliage been able to speak with him, he assumed they would be moaning. It disturbed the Bandit King somewhat, but he kept in mind that there must have been something living up here. The scent was prominent, even overwhelming, but Tioga had to press further. He had come to the conclusion that a major factor of his father's downfall had been his lack of alliance with those in the surrounding area. Sure, Cikuq was quite far from Drulan itself, but that did not mean such potential could be wasted. After all, an alliance was an alliance. Well aware of the sort of brutes who dwelled upon this earth, Tioga decided it would be wise to expand his friendships.
It was rather odd doing the business of a King compared to that of a bandit, but he had to admit, it was rather refreshing.
The King let his vocals ring across the tundra, hoping it would catch the attention of the one who lived here. Not being accustomed to the chilly weather, he found himself pacing to keep warm. He rather disliked being able to see his breath at this time of year, and felt a sudden tug at his heartstrings that seemed to be attempting to bring him back home. "Easy lad," he whispered, hoping it would be good enough to hold him over until this stallion was found. "Shouldn't be too much longer, what with your big mouth." Tioga chuckled softly, giving one swift look to the sky. Overcast. Oh, how he missed that gorgeous blue.
